The art of property letting
Behind every holiday let is a story worth sharing
At Ocean Holidays, we don’t just secure bookings; we honor the craftsmanship and sentiment that defines your house. By introducing guests who cherish Cornwall as deeply as you do, we translate your property’s character into an unforgettable experience. This isn’t transactional letting — it’s sharing something that truly matters.
From your first point of contact onwards Megan will be on hand to guide you through the journey.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, though Penzance is more about the sea than the sand. Eastern Green is a long stretch of beach running from the station towards Long Rock, and Battery Rocks, next to Jubilee Pool, is a favourite spot for a sea swim. Marazion and Mousehole are both a short trip away for more sandy beaches.

The Mousehole lights usually come on in mid-December and shine every evening until early January. On 19th December, they’re switched off from 8pm in memory of the crew of the Penlee lifeboat, lost in 1981.
