Beach living doesn’t get any better than this. Located just above Praa Sands beach and meters away from the sand, surf and wonderful coastal walks, The Beach can be your haven at any time of year.
This two bedroom property has parking out front, a patio area with BBQ and outdoor seating with beach and sea views. It’s South facing too so a great sun trap.

Head into the open plan living room and you’ll have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer and all the usual cooking facilities.
The living area has sea views as does the dining room.
Super Fast Broadband (Fibre), Smart TV, amazing for winter nights with log burner and a film or music playing and doors wide open enjoying a BBQ in the sun.
The two bedrooms are to the rear, one is a double with an ensuite and the other is a zip and link so can be either a twin or a double. There is a family bathroom also with bath and overhead shower.
All of the property, it’s yours for the duration!
During your stay you may bump into us outside as we have three properties in total here but we aim to leave you in peace and quiet. Any questions, recommendations or asks you have can be dealt with easily over the phone, email or in person.
Praa Sands is a great little village. It’s relaxed and has an easy going vibe. The beach is a long stretch of golden sands great for dog walks, surfing, walking or just playing on the beach. We also have a couple of shops, cafes, and bar/restaurant in the village.
Nearby there are some great places to eat in Porthleven, Rosudgeon and Penzance way.
We have a bus stop about 50m away which heads to Penzance and Helston, the two nearest towns.
If you bring a dog we will require an additional £35 per pet to assist with the extra cleaning time that inevitably comes with dogs staying.

Such fabulous views from the house. Loved being so close to the sea. Just a few steps and you are on an amazing beach. Fabulous area with loads to see and do.
We had a fantastic week at The Beach property for my dad’s 70th birthday! It was exactly the experience we were looking for! The property is located in a very nice spot by the sea that offers you a great view on Pree Sands beach. Sam and his team were great at communicating with us, providing all necessary information for our stay. The property is even bigger than what it looks like from the photos, it gives you an immediate sense of peace as soon as you enter it. It was provided with all the amenities listed, including a washing machine and TVs in all rooms. I couldn’t recommend this place more, especially if you are looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful spot in Penzance, we would definitely love to go back next year!
A perfect break, quiet location, minutes from the beach, on the Costal path which is a great way to see the spectacular views. There is a bus service to Penzance and Helston of you don’t want to drive and also useful if you take the walk and don’t want to walk back, lol. The house had everything needed and the gift of the cream tea and biscuits was very well appreciated. Would recommend and hope to return in the future.
Amazing stay and place, definitely stay again
We booked last minute and everything was very aay. Lovely location and excellent property. we had all we needed. The only thought would be the mattresses are in need of upgrading. Our only other observation would be to make the garden/patio private with a fence and gate, so the dogs would not run away. This is already in hand as we met the guy measuring up as we left. We look forward to booking our next visit, thank you.
The pictures do not do this place justice! I was a little worried it was going to be a bit small for our family, with two young boys! Extremely well equipt – no faffing around at the shop buying salt, tinfoil and fairy liquid! Great facilities, excellent location. Would recommend and would love to stay again!
