The Cove

This place is great. It is literally on the beach – the lovely Praa Sands. Comfortably fits six. With three places where six people can eat together: the interior dining table, the exterior table and the pod for chilly evenings where you still want to be outside. Good size. Easy living. Comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

The location is simply unbeatable. Waking up to the sound of waves and stepping outside to fresh sea air each morning was pure bliss. The beach is right on your doorstep, perfect for early morning walks, sunset strolls, and those spontaneous “just five more minutes” moments watching the tide roll in. The host is wonderful — friendly, thoughtful, and great communicator. They made everything easy from start to finish. This stay gave us the kind of memories that linger long after you leave: salty hair, sandy shoes, glowing sunsets, and the calm that only the sea can bring. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly and would return in a heartbeat.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as listed. The location is a highlight with the sounds of the ocean at your door. We were thankful for the biscuits, clotted cream and jam provided to ease our hunger after a long journey. Having the beach to walk in the mornings and even a surfing competition to watch was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay at The Cove Positive: Rooms were very spacious and comfy. The bathroom were very well equiped. Kitchen was great andnhad the needed apliances. In the living room we were cosy and confortable enjoying some tv and reading time due to the bad weather. The bubble in the front garden is spectacular we had our morning coffee and breakfasts there watching the sea and the cliff views. Just breathtaking. Negative: The mat in the entrance was too light for us to step on as our shoes were full of mud and sand from the walks. I would sugest something a bit more darker. I a bit OCD so it played a bit of worried in me.

This accommodation is one of the best we have stayed in. The beachside location was exactly what we wanted and was ideal for our two Scottish Terriers who made a beeline for the beach as soon as the gate was opened. The home wanted for nothing; it is extremely well equipped with everything you could want to enjoy your stay in comfort. Our ages ranged from 11 to 75 and I can honestly say that we really cannot wait for a return visit. We were able to use the location of the bungalow to travel to all points of interest on our list. It is an ideal base to see Cornwall.

A lovely place to stay, lots to see and do. Beach was beautiful watching the surfers, the bar/ restaurant was great with in spitting distance great service lovely food. Sam also gave us everything we needed, easy instructions can’t fault anything but the weather and we can’t do nothing about that we still had a great time. Many thanks Sam.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. The house is great and the location/view is beautiful. I would definitely recommend and would stay again ourselves. Sam is a great host, clear and quick to respond.
