everything perfect!

Can’t say enough about this! Beautiful. So well equipped. We made dinner three nights without issue. Comfy bed. Responsive host. Did I mention the view! Beach access. Highly recommend.

22 Piazza review Positive: Location and view. Bed was really comfortable Negative: Bathroom sink plug faulty (for shaving) Parking up to get the key and same when you leave. Better to have a coded lock for the basement garage gate.

What a great location to stay. The apartment looks out over the beach and we were there for the eclipse. Whilst there was parking available it was not suitable of our sized vehicle and parking in St Ives is a nightmare. I would recommend anyone to stay if they want to be in the heart of a vibrant busy Cornish seaside town but wants to retreat to the peace of a proportion so close to the centre.

Fantastic location with a balcony that directly overlooks Porthmeor beach. It is very centrally located in St Ives and is only a few minutes walk from the main harbour. The property is very spacious and has very good facilities. Clear directions (with photographs) were provided for access by car and there is parking available for a smaller car, although we chose to use the rugby club for our car as it is quite large. Sam was very helpful in providing guidance on where to park and suggested the rugby club which worked well for us.

ACCOM: We stayed Tues eve to Fri morn. Sat Nav took us (via the one-way harbour front 😳) to within 50yds of Sams wall sign. Parking is tight so check dims! Lovely clean, warm top floor apt overlooking Porthmeor Beach with well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, comfy sofa & TV, fab views of the waves crashing onto the beach (once we'd cleaned off the gulls 'calling cards'), & a very comfy bed up the stairs on the mezzanine. EATS: We ate out @ 'Ardor' on Fore St, 'Balcony' & 'Harbour Fish n Chips' on the harbour front (nr RNLI), & can recommend all 3 – good food, good location, great service. Good coffee & pastry shops in St Ives too! VISITS: If you can tear yourself from any of St Ives fab beaches, try the walk to stunning Carbis Bay & catch the train back. Culture vultures will love the Tate too. We found Hayle disappointing (couldve been the rain though).

Really loved our stay at the piazza. The apartment is right next to the beach which can be accessed directly via a residents only door. The flat itself is really nice and well equipped, and has simply incredible views out of both balconies. One balcony faces back toward st ives, and the other looks out over the beach where you can see amazing sunsets. There is also a secure underground parking space which was so handy as parking in St Ives can be a real nightmare especially during peak times. The space is relatively tight but i managed to fit my corolla estate in there without any difficulty. Would highly reccomend this apartment and we would 100% stay again.

A view that can't be beaten and easy access to the beach is even better! Waking up to the sound of the sea was lovely. Communication and instructions to find the place were great. As it says in the description, there are a fair amount of steps and although we found the parking fine, some people did struggle. Our highlight was the coastal walk to Zennor.

Sam's place had the perfect location, views in 2 directions, near everything in town and next to Norway Stores for provisions!

We had an amazing holiday in 22 Piazza . The view is absolutely incredible from the beach balcony / the living area. The bedroom balcony view is also fabulous. The apartment is lovely. Comfy bed , comfy sofa, well stocked with everything you need. We would 100% book this apartment again
