Sleeping up to four with the bedroom on the mezzanine and downstairs is a pull out double sofa bed.

Accessed via a courtyard, with well kept planters and Barbara Hepworth sculptures, there are external staircases to the front door on the third floor.

As you enter 24 Piazza you’ll be taken aback by the large picture windows with the stunning sea views beyond.

Open, light and airy, this is a very special one bedroom apartment.

You’ll be able to enjoy a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with over head shower, comfortable L shaped sofa and a work from home space if you need it.

Upstairs is a comfortable superking bed (which can be made as a twin by request when booking). You can access the rear balcony via sliding doors.

The L shaped sofa downstairs can be turned into a double bed, again just ask when booking if you need this!

Unusually in this part of St Ives, 24 Piazza has a car parking space included. Parking is accessed via a steep slope down to the underground garage which may not be suitable for some vehicles, please allow room for your car doors to open when looking at the space dimensions as there is a wall either side, size approx. 15ft deep x 7ft wide x 6ft 6ins high.

The property is set up for guest use and all but one cupboard is accessible for guest use.

We’re a small local holiday letting company called Ocean Holidays Cornwall. We like to keep in touch with our guests and will happily offer lots of advice and guidance on things to enjoy in our local area.

We tend to leave our guests to it, but if we’re passing we might knock on to see how you’re getting on.

Arguably one of the best locations to be in St Ives. And as for St Ives? Well it’s a hub of culture, art, watersports, stunning scenery and a great selection of shops, restaurants and pubs.

You’ll be located above Porthmeor beach which is home to Tate, St Ives and is the favourite spot for surfing and sunsets in St Ives.

Nearby are tiny streets of old fishermans houses, a local shop just across the road and the harbour is a 3-5 minute walk.

It’s a friendly place and we often find in the peak weeks the Piazza building to be a bit of an oasis of calm compared the hustle and bustle of the main streets.

St Ives is an old fishing town, some of the roads are pretty narrow.

If you have the option to arrive by train (the station is a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi), you’ll enjoy a pretty stunning bit of railway line and can there is so much to do in St Ives you probably won’t miss your car.

If arriving by car you will need to navigate the one way system (and parking space) but where this property is you can avoid most narrow streets.

St Ives has a bus station with some decent local routes such as the open top bus towards Lands End.

There is the option to hire e bikes (with the hills they’re great) from a local company or two.

Please do check car parking dimensions if your planning on using it!

The mezzanine handrail is lower than a modern building (Piazza was built in the 60s), please take great care here, particularly with children.

There is no freezer in the property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay once we had parked the car in St.ives it was a little crazy. Great location, amazing views of the beach and so close to the town. However just far enough away from town to be peaceful and the bedding and towels were lovely. Thank you for your help Sam.

We had a great time. The flat is in such a great location, and has amazing views. It's on a quieter side of St Ives, on a quieter beach, popular for surfing, which is a spectator sport! Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It had everything we needed and the view was incredible! The hustle and bustle of St Ives is right on your doorstep but the apartment offers a tranquil space overlooking the beach. We are already planning when we can return!

We loved the place. It was perfect and by far one of the best places we've stayed. The view was perfect, the space was perfect. It was very clean and the wifi was strong. We can only say thank you. The only slight issue would be the parking spot, it is very very very narrow, I have an average sized car and I wasn't able to get in the spot without getting my doors open. I had to ring the support number (who answered instantly, very helpful and provided us two car parks) and we parked in "BarNoon" car park as a alternative. The car park issue is the only minor negative we would say but I do want to reiterate it's a minor issue, because the apartment was so worth it, and the support number answering instantly was very helpful. I would recommend anybody with a car any larger than a Mini Cooper to consider parking at BarNoon. We will 100% be returning, it was a dream trip and we have missed it ever since. Thank you guys for having us.

St Ives

St Ives has a way of pulling you in — not just for the sea and the light, but for the feeling. The beaches are golden, the harbour hums with life, and around every corner there’s something quietly special: a tucked-away bakery, a gallery you didn’t mean to find, a lane that leads somewhere worth pausing. It’s busy in summer, sure — but come in the shoulder months and you’ll see it slow down, breathe, open up.
