Set in an amazing location with amazing views. Apartment was clean & well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and a good size. Everything was on our doorstep, beaches, restaurants, bars etc…Thankyou for a lovely stay 10/10….

Inside, the apartment is bright, welcoming and thoughtfully laid out, with an open-plan living space designed to make the most of its incredible outlook. Fully opening French doors draw your gaze straight to the Harbour, filling the room with natural light and allowing the fresh sea breeze to drift in on warm days. The sitting area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and two armchairs, and features a Smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player and radio/speaker, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the town or relaxing on the beach.

The dining area centres around a large wooden table with seating for four, ideal for lingering over a lazy breakfast or enjoying a simple supper together.
At the far end of the space, the beautifully appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an electric ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. With generous oak worktops and a view that’s hard to beat, preparing a chilled glass of wine or cooking dinner becomes part of the holiday enjoyment.
Harbour View offers two inviting bedrooms: a king-size room with a double wardrobe and soft lighting, and a twin room with ample storage, making it perfect for families or friends travelling together.
The contemporary bathroom features a rain-effect shower, hand-held shower head, countertop basin and WC, with a heated towel rail and tiled floor adding comfort and convenience.

Superb location and stunning views. The apartment has everything you need for a break in Saint Ives.
For the exception of stairs & having to stay at a car park … about 5-10 min walk. The apartment was as described on A&B. The place was clean, Sam was responsive, had tea, coffee, & cookies awaiting us! So glad there was a dish washer & clothes washer!!! There was even a clothing drying rack & iron! Also, a broom & vacuum cleaner, just in case it’s needed. The view was awesome!!! Location great! We totally enjoyed the apartment, St Ives, the people, the food! Definitely, planning to stay at this apartment next year! Thank you!!!🙏🏼👍🏽
Perfect spot for a stay in St Ives. Very convenient for the railway station, the best way to arrive in the town. The apartment was perfect for 4 adults with comfy beds, a good shower & bathroom & a well equipped kitchen. The view from the lounge window was fabulous! The location is perfect for exploring both the town or the beaches, with a wonderful selection of restaurants in very close proximity. A car is not necessary at all. The host was very responsive & the check in & out were very straightforward. Would recommend this place for a great stay in lovely St Ives.
A great apartment with stunning views. The road can be a little noisy at times but fine when the windows are closed. AMAZING VIEWS with a full view of the harbour and great for watching everything going on! A fab little end of summer break.
We had a fantastic stay at Fernlea Court. The location is absolutely amazing, a short walk from all the beaches and harbour and cafes in St Ives. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking. Would thoroughly recommend and we will go back. The only challenge is parking (completely normal for St Ives) , but we were lucky that we got a space almost immediately in St Ives Car park
Das angenehmste an der Wohnung ist der wunderschöne Blick auf die Altstadt und den Hafen. Oft haben wir im Wohnzimmer gesessen und den Ausblick genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt zentral, gerade wenn man mit dem Zug anreist, ist sie gut zu erreichen.
We found Harbour View apartment suited our needs perfectly. It has a fabulous view of the harbour, ever-changing in varying light and tides. The accommodation is well-equipped and very comfortable. Location is superb: it is a short walk to everything – the rail station, down to Porthminster beach as well as to all the amenities of the harbour, town centre and Porthmeor beach. Although we never met, Sam provided excellent information about access, exit and local amenities, as well as being readily available if we needed. We would certainly stay there again without hesitation.

We stayed for 6 days and loved it! Amazing view of the harbour and sunset with big window doors to open. Nice kitchen, all there if you want to cook at home. Very comfortable beds! Amazing coffee place and restaurant right next door. Great location between harbour and Porthminster Beach, easily walkable to the other beaches.
St Ives
St Ives has a way of pulling you in, not just for the sea and the light, but for the feeling. The beaches are golden, the harbour hums with life, and around every corner there’s something quietly special: a tucked-away bakery, a gallery you didn’t mean to find, a lane that leads somewhere worth pausing. It’s busy in summer, sure, but come in the shoulder months and you’ll see it slow down, breathe and open up.
