Positive: Sehr gepflegt, sehr geschmackvoll, fehlende Teekanne wurde sofort geliefert, kleine Terrasse, Negative: Es liegt sehr weit oben im Ort, vom Zentrum geht es steil rauf. Wäre gut, wenn das in der Beschreibung stünde.

The pre arrival experience was exceptional. We can’t recommend highly enough. Positive: Modern, clean and well kept. Negative: If I had to pick something, It would have been ideal if there was a freezer.

Great communication and well resourced comfortable property. Positive: Location. Easy to walk into town. Parking available on public car park very nearby. Property is well resourced and very clean. Welcome package very much appreciated.

The cottage matches its description and photos. Communication before and after booking was brilliant. Sadly we had to depart early however, this does not reflect the cottage in anyway. We also met one of the on call managers, as we experienced a small flood HOWEVER the support provided to ensure we had everything was 5 star. I would like to confirm, we did not experience any noise from neighbours. Parking is within 5 min walk, for one week it is £26 however this was in september unsure if prices change during busier months. There are buses from the same carpark to st ives town, which is very convenient. I would recommend the cottage for couples or families who want to explore st ives.

We enjoyed our stay in Gwel Porth. The house is clean, modern, and fully equipped. CLear instructions were given as well. Accessibility is nice, however, if you're going back from beach to the house the way going there is too steep. not recommended if you're carrying a lot of stuff. Otherwise, you can take a bus going back to the house or taxi. It's just with going back from beach to house but going down is fine. overall, it was a nice house and place to stay.

干净程度让我很惊喜。需要的东西都很齐全，做饭完全没问题，这几天住得很舒服，玩得特别开心。就是从市中心回来的坡有点难走，但是这也不是大问题。

Lovely house clean , modern comfortable throughout. Stairs are steep fine for us but might not be for all . Location not far from car park about 5 min walk , although not far from beach & centre it is a steep walk down but after 3 days we got use to it & was worth the walk. Overall we had a lovely time at Sam’s house would definitely recommend & return one day

Great place to stay in St Ives! Clear instructions made it easy to find, and we really appreciated being able to check in earlier than 4 pm. Everything was clean and comfortable. The internet wasn’t the best — maybe due to the area — but otherwise, everything was lovely.
