11 Sunday School Court, is a contemporary hideaway in central St Ives with car parking. It enjoys stunning sea views from it’s top floor perch in the Old Sunday School.
Local essentials are seconds away, including bakeries, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Tucked back overlooking the peaceful haven of Trewyn Gardens you can easily escape the hustle and bustle of a busy day on the harbour.
Sit back and admire the view from the living area with large glass windows and Juliette balcony or rustle up dinner with the same backdrop, you’ll look East over St Ives Bay with Godrevy lighthouse in the distance and St Eia Church in the foreground.
The kitchen is well equipped with essentials, dishwasher, oven, hob and a washer/dryer. You’ll find plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware to.
The first bedroom can be made up as a twin or a king and has a freestanding wardrobe and storage and a small desk/dresser. The second bedroom has a king size bed, freestanding wardrobe and storage. The family shower room features a power shower, heated towel rails and soft fluffy white towels.
Outside you’ll benefit from an allocated car parking space onsite in the private bollard protected car park.

We use a self service check-in to give you flexibility when arriving, we might swing by to check everything is ok during your stay but we like to respect your privacy to.
St Ives is a really special town. With a mixed history, it’s an ancient fishing port that has developed into an artistic escape for many and is now one of the UK’s best know holiday towns.
You’ll find golden sand beaches with crystal clear waters, surfers love Porthmeor and there are at least 3 other beaches in a 15-20 minute walk from your front door.
Tate St Ives and Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Museum and Gardens are well worth a wander, both are in walking distance to.
The food scene is excellent and you can expect more than just standard grub. From family friendly to the likes of Porthminster Beach Cafe which serve excellent food in a laid back beach side environment.
11 Sunday School Court is close to St Ives train and bus stations (5-8 minute walks) but as it has parking a car is also really convenient to. We find many of our guests don’t use their car during their stay as St Ives has lots to do, if this might be you, do consider the train.
Everything in town is in walking distance.
E-bike hire is a 30 second walk away.
There are some good local bus routes and we highly recommend exploring the renowned South West Coast Path.
There is no lift and the property is located on the top floor. This is 1 external flight of stairs and 3 internal flights.

Perfect stay. Looking out on the sea was magical and relaxing in a way I cannot articulate accurately. The home was clean, comfortable and well located. My only feedback: it is worth stocking some things like soap, shampoo and beach towels because that was a bummer to have to buy those in advance of our stay. Otherwise, excellent accommodation. Our stay was great with the apartment just what we wanted. It had everything we needed and was in great location. The views out of the balcony were the best bit. We would recommend this apartment to all.
Great place with a cracking view. The place has all the amenities you require, clean apartment and bed linen with super soft towels so much so we checked the name and ordered some for ourselves Being centrally located its within 10mins walk to a variety of restaurants, chippies etc and the " Cruffins" from St Ives bakery 😍. Just be wary tho there is 3 flights of stairs but the views with the bi fold doors open are worth it. The only issue is with people parking on the slip road to the place making it very tight, even tho there is a small sign stating no parking, the council could do with extending the double yellow lines up the slope.
The location is great – walking distance to all parts of St Ives, spectacular sea view from the living room, yet quiet. The Sunday roast at the Lifeboat Inn is particularly recommended. The two bedrooms are of more or less equal size and it's nice that they are both adult rooms with the flexibility of either double or twin beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The parking space is a plus point, though the arrangements for getting into it are somewhat complicated. At the beginning and end of your stay it would be difficult if you didn't have a second person to run up and down stairs with the key fob to lower the bollards for access to the parking space.

Lovely apartment in the centre of St Ives, incredible views with amazing sunrises if you are up early enough! Sam responded quickly when we had a small issue. Highly recommend, we look forward to returning.

St Ives has a way of pulling you in, not just for the sea and the light, but for the feeling. The beaches are golden, the harbour hums with life, and around every corner there’s something quietly special: a tucked-away bakery, a gallery you didn’t mean to find, a lane that leads somewhere worth pausing. It’s busy in summer, sure, but come in the shoulder months and you’ll see it slow down, breathe and open up.
