We had a fabulous stay. The location was excellent within walking distance to shops and great restaurants. The beach was on our doorstep. Amazing place.

The property is located on the ground floor of popular St Nicholas Court, accessed via a private entrance of the lovely and well-kept communal courtyard. Guests have access to the entire apartment, private on-site parking space within the secure garage and private balcony.
Happy to help whilst you are on your stay, Sam and Meg live locally and always happy to offer advice on where to eat and visit. Meg works closely with Sam to ensure all guests queries are looked after during their stay.
We advertise 3 St Nicholas Court for six guests. However, due to the set up of beds in the third bedroom, we are happy to welcome seven guests on request.
Please note – Due to the secure nature of the apartment building, guests are required to check in by 10.00 pm.

Great location just off the beach in St Ives, perfect for our family of 4 but can hold more. The weather didn’t play nice for the entire time but when it was good it was great. Loved the walkable town and went exploring every day. The accommodation was very modern and well kitted out.
Great stay, host very good at communicating and responsive. Had a few minor issues at the beginning but Sam was quick to resolve!

As a family of four, we have been staying in St Ives every October for 20years and all family members have agreed that this is one of our ‘favourite holiday homes’: brilliant location, beautifully clean and the open-plan design really suited our aim to spend time together. Little luxuries like the boiling water tap, underfloor heating and two bathrooms between the four of us made us feel thoroughly treated. Thank you once again.

Really enjoyed staying here. It was in an excellent location, had everything we could want, and on top of that was a lovely flat. Sam was easy to be in touch with, gave clear instructions, and we would definitely book again.

Fantastic flat in a superb location
This apartment is fantastic, the place was beautifully clean and was very easy to find and get in. The kitchen is well equipped and could only do with one or two larger pans to cook for a family when you are staying. The location is fantastic and a sheltered balcony means you can sit out even when the weather isn’t perfect. The front bedroom wall gets slightly wet/damp during wet weather, however you are right on the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
St Ives
St Ives has a way of pulling you in — not just for the sea and the light, but for the feeling. The beaches are golden, the harbour hums with life, and around every corner there’s something quietly special: a tucked-away bakery, a gallery you didn’t mean to find, a lane that leads somewhere worth pausing. It’s busy in summer, sure — but come in the shoulder months and you’ll see it slow down, breathe, open up.
