Located on the top floor of a converted Victorian home, Skylar offers modern accommodation that will suit couples and single travellers.
Completely modernised it’s a clean, new space that makes a trip to St Ives very easy.
The all essential allocated car parking space is outside.
The space is light and airy with modern furniture.
Accessed via internal staircases, the apartment is located on the top floor. The hallway leads to the bedroom with king size bed.
The kitchen and living area are open plan. There is a breakfast bar for two, a two seater sofa, TV and stunning sea views through the window.
The bathroom has an electric shower, bath tub, wash basin and WC.
The parking space is suitable for cars and is located outside the property.
The guests can access all areas of the apartment.
We live locally in Cornwall and know the area very well. We’re happy to recommend great places to go, as a small family business you may have contact with a few members of our team.
We provide a mobile number for contact during your stay and we occasionally pop round to say hi if we’re passing.
Head down into town (a 2-3 minute walk down some steps) and you’ll come out at the cinema. The harbour is a 5 minute walk and the beaches 5-10 minutes.
St Ives itself is pretty awesome when it comes to food, beaches, galleries and shops. Host, St Ives is pretty close and is a great spot for cocktails and woodfired food.
You’ll have a selection of white sand beaches to stroll to, Porthminster, the closest is often the perfect place for a wild swim.
St Ives Bakery do excellent bread and cakes, we highly rate Harvey Brothers for Cornish Pasty’s and The Makers for cakes.
Access by car to this property is surprisingly easy by car and you can avoid the main pinch points of St Ives when approaching.
The car parking space is fine for most cars, larger vehicles such as large SUVs and vans will require more careful parking to not obstruct our neighbours.
If you decide to arrive by train you’ll be greeted to St Ives along the stunning branch line, we’re a 3-5 minute walk from the station.
Everything in St Ives is in walking distance and there are some good bus routes to places like Penzance and in summer the open top around West Cornwall.
A car is not essential here.

A great little place, close to the bars, restaurants and the port as well as the beaches for anyone with any mild fitness levels. Quiet at night. Great and safe parking. Friendly and helpful hosts. Comfortable bed Really decent size living and kitchen area. Great views. I would definitely stay again.
A szállás csodás helyen van, rálátni az ablakból a városra, az öbölre. Mivel a varosban nagyon kevés a parkolóhely, ezért különösen pozitív volt, hogy a lakáshoz egy saját ingyenes parkolóhely is tartozik, ami pontosan a ház előtt található. Maga a lakás nagyon barátságos, csendes, tiszta, szépen berendezett, jó elrendezésű. Nagyon elveztük az ott töltött időt. Ha ismét megyünk St Ivesbe, újra itt szeretnék megszállni. Szeretettel ajánljuk!
Lovely apartment just as the pics. Great view and close to harbour and beach. Lovely and quiet just need a bit of fitness you get up and down the stairs but well worth the effort.
Thanks Sam for a wonderful few days in our favourite place in Cornwall. The apartment was a perfect base for us to explore the town and centrally located for beaches and shopping! The apartment felt very private, secure and comfortable, with the added bonus of the parking space out front. We'll definitely be back, thanks so much!
We had a great time in this Airbnb. You get a great view of the Harbour from it and it's just a short 5 minute walk down to the city center. The flat was modern, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely welcome gift – really appreciated that touch and location was spot on.
Perfect location for easy access to St Ives, with a stunning sea view from the front room window. The flat was comfortable and had everything needed for a few days away including tea, coffee, milk and some delicious Cornish biscuits. The hand-made St Ives soap in the bathroom was so lovely, we had to visit the shop in the town to buy more!
A perfect stay for a couple visiting Cornwall. Great views of St Ives and a pleasant and comfortable apartment and a great parking spot. Would happily return.
The flat was really lovely, it had the most stunning view . Everything was clean , it felt really private, me and my partner had a fantastic stay here. It’s so accessible to the town it’s in a great spot , it’s a 5 minute walk down to the town. The parking was another bonus right outside the accommodation, we will definitely be coming back

St Ives has a way of pulling you in, not just for the sea and the light, but for the feeling. The beaches are golden, the harbour hums with life, and around every corner there’s something quietly special: a tucked-away bakery, a gallery you didn’t mean to find, a lane that leads somewhere worth pausing. It’s busy in summer, sure, but come in the shoulder months and you’ll see it slow down, breathe and open up.
