This is the second time we have used one of Sam’s properties. Excellent property and perfect location for the beaches and town. This is an excellent find and will use again next year

We had an amazing time in St Ives. Sam’s accommodation was wonderful. It was very clean and well maintained. It was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was very central and an easy walk to all the wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. St Ives is a beautiful area and the accommodation was so close to all its beaches and scenic walks. The car park space was excellent and our car was very safe. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Sam’s accommodation to anyone going to St Ives at any time of the year. It is located on the 5th floor so just to be aware that there are a lot of stairs and no lift for anyone that finds stairs an issue but the advantage of the location of this flat are the fantastic views of beautiful St Ives, it’s beautiful harbour and Sea.

Everything was great at Sam's place. It was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed there. Super well located, with a lovely view and with all the basics you need to have breakfast and lunch.

Amazing views of the harbour & sea, well worth the stairs to the third floor, plus very central location, we walked everywhere. Great communication and detailed instructions on check-in and the amenities in the flat with the added benefit of a private parking space behind electric bollards for security.

We have had a lovely relaxing break in St Ives staying in Sam’s flat. The sea view and views over St Ives are incredible and the flat is very centrally situated. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

The property is in a great location with views of the sea, walking distance to everything you need. We stayed to experience New Years Eve in St Ives which is amazing and had a great time the apartment is modern, quiet and very comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in St Ives. The flat is bright, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing break. The highlight is without a doubt the fantastic views over St Ives harbour — we loved watching the tides and boats from the windows. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet enough to feel peaceful. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, but the views make the climb absolutely worth it! Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and friendly. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it
