Four Seawinds

Wir (vierköpfige Familie) haben 9 Tage in St. Ives verbracht und dabei die Vorzüge von Sam´s Wohnung genossen: Sie liegt zentral und doch ruhig in St. Ives; Zentrum, Hafen, Strände, Pubs und Restaurants sowie der Bahnhof sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Tate-Galerie sowie der Strand Porthmeor liegen nebenan. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel. Die Betreuung durch Sam war sehr gut, man wurde umfangreich über alles Wichtige zur Wohnung und zur Umgebung informiert; der Check-In war flexibel über einen Schlüsselkasten. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

We loved our stay here. The flat had everything we needed and is in perfect location (if you don't mind walking up a hill to get there), a short walk to the town centre and the beaches, but in a peaceful area. The views are lovely, even with the construction going on. The owners were really responsive and promptly helped with an issue we had at the start of our stay. we would stay here again!

We had an almost perfect stay and would happily recommend. The apartment is clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The views are amazing, watching the sunset from the balcony every evening was a highlight of our trip. The central location is excellent, and a dedicated parking space is a huge bonus in St Ives. The only minor downside was that we happened to visit during the hottest days of the year so far. While the property doesn't advertise air conditioning, there are no windows that can be opened independently, only the balcony doors. As we didn't feel comfortable leaving the balconies open overnight, the apartment became quite warm, making sleeping uncomfortable for both us and our children. A couple of freestanding fans would have made a big difference and would have made the stay absolutely perfect. Despite this, it's still a 5-star stay from us. The positives far outweigh this small issue, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would love to return in the future!

The flat is in a perfect location to explore St Ives and even better, it comes with a car space! Despite the building work which blocks some of the view, there was still a great view of the beaches. Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay – everything was absolutely great! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better – close to everything we needed and perfect for exploring the area. The only small disappointment was that the view from the front balcony is currently partially blocked by a white building, which wasn’t shown in the photos. That said, it didn’t take away much from the overall experience. Highly recommend this place – would definitely stay again!
