Gorgeous views, cosy comfortable apartment, plush bed and comfy sofa. A short walk to all the main shopping and restaurant areas as well as the beaches. The views from the apartment balcony were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay

This holiday home is fantastic. At the minute it has scaffolding at the front, which does spoil the view, but once it is finished, the views towards both beaches are beautiful. We have stayed here 4 or maybe five times now, and we loved it each time. The apartment is well decorated and meets every need. One comment would be that the sofa has not been changed since we first visited and over the years of holiday home use, it could benefit from a new one. Parking is a major plus, although with a bigger car it takes fair bit of effort if a second car is there too. We would come back.

We'll definitely return, loved the place & location was spot on, it will be even better when scaffolding is removed.

Sam’s place in St Ives was just amazing. Immaculately clean, really comfortable and within walking distance of the restaurants, shops and beaches. And we had a parking space! Which is nearly impossible to get! We would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in St Ives.

Wir (vierköpfige Familie) haben 9 Tage in St. Ives verbracht und dabei die Vorzüge von Sam´s Wohnung genossen: Sie liegt zentral und doch ruhig in St. Ives; Zentrum, Hafen, Strände, Pubs und Restaurants sowie der Bahnhof sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Tate-Galerie sowie der Strand Porthmeor liegen nebenan. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel. Die Betreuung durch Sam war sehr gut, man wurde umfangreich über alles Wichtige zur Wohnung und zur Umgebung informiert; der Check-In war flexibel über einen Schlüsselkasten. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

We loved our stay here. The flat had everything we needed and is in perfect location (if you don't mind walking up a hill to get there), a short walk to the town centre and the beaches, but in a peaceful area. The views are lovely, even with the construction going on. The owners were really responsive and promptly helped with an issue we had at the start of our stay. we would stay here again!

We had an almost perfect stay and would happily recommend. The apartment is clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The views are amazing, watching the sunset from the balcony every evening was a highlight of our trip. The central location is excellent, and a dedicated parking space is a huge bonus in St Ives. The only minor downside was that we happened to visit during the hottest days of the year so far. While the property doesn't advertise air conditioning, there are no windows that can be opened independently, only the balcony doors. As we didn't feel comfortable leaving the balconies open overnight, the apartment became quite warm, making sleeping uncomfortable for both us and our children. A couple of freestanding fans would have made a big difference and would have made the stay absolutely perfect. Despite this, it's still a 5-star stay from us. The positives far outweigh this small issue, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would love to return in the future!

If this place is available, and it's within your budget, then book it. You won't regret it. Fantastic views. Central location Well presented flat And a parking space! It had all we wanted.
