Excellent apartment, very clean, great staff and fantastic location – everything in St Ives within walking distance Positive: Very clean, great instructions, very grateful for the fan in the bedroom and the lovely tea, coffee, and biscuits. Negative: Would be good to have a facility for laundry and the shower door was broken, meaning it leaked to the bathroom floor

Excellent stay, apartment had everything we needed for a short break. Just was very helpful and responsive. Location was perfect for visiting the surrounding area and close to the station which helps if you don’t fancy driving anywhere.

Booked this accommodation for my parents who have always wanted to visit St Ives. Sam was really responsive and helpful from the get go. My parents were able to get into the property earlier than the usual check in time, I asked if they could leave their car on the drive past the check out time – which was absolutely fine. All requests were granted d nothing felt like a big deal when I messaged Sam. My parents had an amazing stay, the location of the property is perfect for exploring the beach and locals shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. Having a parkin space attached to the house certainly helped. Really great property, really great host, they will definitely be returning.

Great location with the added advantage of a parking space. Close to Porthminster Beach and the railway station. A steep walk back to the apartment from beaches and shops. The only downside is that it is in quite a busy road so there is some traffic noise. Also, the privacy blinds are not black out, so it does get light in the bedroom very early. Pack some ear plugs and a sleep mask

Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom Positive: Zahlreiches Ess- & Kochgeschirr und Besteck. Sehr sauber. Vorhandene Geräte wie Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster, sogar Geschirrwaschmaschine. Kaffee, Teebeutel, eine Flasche Milch u eine Packung Kekse haben mich erwartet- tolle Überraschung. Danke. Möglichkeit zum Bügeln vorhanden. Danke für die zwei Badetücher für meinen 9tägigen Aufenthalt. Negative: Nicht im Zentrum, aber in ca 7 Min den Hügel runter resp. hinauf

A fabulous holiday in beautiful St Ives and perfect accommodation . Positive: Comfy bed. Lovely shower. Nice clean well equipped apartment. Parking outside was a bonus . Negative: There was nothing to dislike .
