Step inside through your own private front door, complete with stained glass, and you’ll immediately sense the building’s history alongside its clever refurbishment. Although an apartment, the layout and space give it the feel of a house, somewhere you can quickly settle in and make your own.

At the centre of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining space. A large dining table invites long, relaxed meals, while the kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, an American-style fridge freezer and, of course, an espresso machine to complete the Italian feel.
Across the hallway, the living room is warm and welcoming, with leather sofas, wooden floors and a TV with DVD player. There’s also a sofa bed available for an additional guest, just let us know when booking and we’ll provide the extra linens and towels. From here, you can enjoy views across the rooftops towards Trewyn Gardens.
Further along the hallway, you’ll find a separate utility room with both a washing machine and dryer, as well as access to a rear patio with a washing line. There’s also a convenient WC, along with two beautifully finished ensuite bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a king-size ‘floating’ bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. Both rooms include generous storage and large windows that fill the space with light. Each ensuite has a spacious shower with a drench head, creating a calm, hotel-like feel.
With dedicated parking right outside and the centre of St Ives just a short stroll away, everything is within easy reach, yet you’ll still enjoy a quieter, more relaxed setting. 3 The Elms is part of a sought-after development that perfectly balances location, comfort and style.

Lovely apartment, nicely furnished, very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. And a great location in the centre of St Ives.
A great flat tucked away but very close to St Ives’ restaurants, cafes and beaches. The flat is a good size, all rooms are big and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and communication and check in was very smooth. Slight issue is that it is next to a park which is a local youth hang out spot on the nights so there is a bit of noise around but other than that it’s a perfect location for St Ives, even has a parking space which is rare for the town centre.
We loved staying at The Elms in St Ives. The location is perfect, just outside the middle of the centre of the shopping area and easy walking to a couple of beaches. It’s also close to the local buses so we were able to easily catch the bus to St Ives, Gwithian, Penzance and back from Hayle. We did some beautiful coastal walks during our week stay and had a lovely time frequenting the local bakeries, restaurants and pubs. Word of warning – watch out for those seagulls! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a spacious and very well equipped and furnished flat. It is in an extremely convenient location for access to St Ives shopping and restaurants. The on site parking is a real bonus for such a central and busy location. I highly recommend this offering.
Brilliant location with parking, which is a God send in St Ives Beautiful flat with enclosed, paved garden for the dogs Front door was tricky to open but we used the patio doors most of the time We had a lovely stay.
We were really impressed with our accommodation. It had its own parking space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were only minutes from the harbour, a pocket park, and the shops and cafes.

It’s busy in summer, sure — but come in the shoulder months and you’ll see it slow down, breathe, open up.
